Great video! I can relate to this video having struggled with depression all my life and not believing that life would ever get better. Depression can keep you stuck and miserable if you don’t face your problems and work through them with trusted people who can support and encourage you. The idea of the ribbons is a great idea to work through issues. It doesn’t matter what you are struggling with or what age you are, there is always hope. I can say this with confidence because I have been able to successfully manage my depression for the past few years and most days are great. Now instead of being depressed most of the time, I am only depressed once in a while and it doesn’t last for long. If you reach out for help and focus on the positives in life, there is definitely hope. Never give up! Life is awesome!
